Firearms Training
Background |

 The
school was born in 1987 when firearms enthusiasts and instructor
Richard Woodward formulated a basic
course in handgun handling and safety. The course is based
upon the "need to know" requirements of the civilian in South
Africa, in the context of contemporary crime/unrest in the
country. |
| The
course has been molded to incorporate all requirements of
the National Firearms Training Authority (NaFTO) and is open
to new-comers and professionals alike. |

| Our
website seeks to educate and inform all interested parties
in the basic fire arms ownership requirements in South Africa.
We also wish to create a connection with all those in need
of fire arms training and to assist in choosing the correct
course of action in gaining the necessary fire arms training. |

website also provides valuable information about the various
skills levels required by the national training authority
as pertains to all firearms training courses. |
